Before you take possession on your new home, don’t forget to notify Union Gas that you’re a new customer, or moving from an existing Union Gas account.  You can submit an online account request or call Union Gas at 1 888 774-3111.

Once you’re a Union Gas customer, set up your profile on MyAccount, and be able to view your latest bill, interact with your gas consumption information, and have complete control over your account.

• Equal Billing Plan (EBP) will help you budget for your gas consumption over the year, by converting your bills into equal monthly payments. You no longer have to budget for those higher energy bills in those cold winter months.
