Online Payment
For your convenience, we've asked major financial institutions to allow us to link to their web sites. Simply visit your financial institution's web site and pay your bill online. These participating financial institutions provide online bill payment for their customers.

Automatic Payment Plan (APP)
Our Automatic Payment Plan lets you have your payment automatically sent to Union Gas from your financial institution. Find out more about the Automatic Payment Plan and how to complete the enrolment form.
Bank Machine
Many financial institutions allow you to pay your bills at a bank machine (ATM). Check out what your financial institution offers.
Telephone Banking
Many financial institutions allow you to pay your bills by phone. Contact your financial institution to see if this is a service they offer. You will need to supply them with your 14 digit Union Gas account number.
Pay In Person
Pay your bill at your financial institution. The financial institution will need the bottom portion of your gas bill to process your payment.
Pay by Credit Card
Pay your bill using your credit card online or
through our automated telephone service at 1-877-811-1911. You can
either pay now or schedule one or more payments for the future. Please
note that this credit card service is powered by Paymentus Corporation
and is subject to a service fee.

Pay by Mail
When paying by cheque or money order, please write your 14 digit account number on the front of the cheque or money order and enclose the bottom portion of your bill. To avoid a late payment penalty, please allow at least 3 business days for delivery.
